Cancelation & Refund Policy
Hello everyone, here is a summary of my cancelation policy. I have a 5 hour cancelation policy. The Late Cancel or No-Show Fee is $50. However, if a client is scheduled before 2pm the following day, then I need to know by 7pm the day before. This insures me plenty of time to get the time slot filled.
I encourage my clients to download our app Achieve by Wellness Living. There you can cancel appointments, view your transactions, or see your future appointments.
Refunds:
Gift Cards expire 5 years after purchase date. Refundable within 2 weeks of purchase. Keep in mind refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process.
Packages are refundable within 1 week of purchase.
Packages do not expire.
Packages or Loyalty programs are transferable without a fee.
- NOTE: Memberships charged within 30 days can be refunded. They can be paused or cancelled and client will not lose prepaids. They can also be shared.
